Vibrating Tube Conveyor

Design

The principle is identical to the vibrating trough conveyor. This conveyor consists of a tube with a cleaning cover, a drive bracket with drives, and four rubber buffers. Round rubber buffers or linear oscillating elements are used as vibration dampers. The enclosed design enables completely dust-free operation. Naturally, the transmission of vibrations to the rest of the system must be prevented by using flexible connections. It is driven either by vibratory motors with unbalanced counterweights or by electromagnetically operated drive blocks for low power requirements. Depending on the capacity, the tube diameters range between 100 and 300 mm.
