Planning
Based on specific customer requirements, we develop creative and efficiently realizable solutions. Existing plant components are optimized according to needs or newly conceived individually. Our 2D and 3D CAD engineering forms the basis for a detailed offer. For complex process plants, we create product-flow-oriented diagrams including all piping, components, and electrical connections. For smaller projects, a 3D CAD layout is already an integral part of our conception during the quotation phase.
Construction
Once an order is placed, our construction department becomes the spearhead of the value chain. Every product manufactured in-house is created in our technical office using modern 3D CAD systems. We consistently implement overall planning in three-dimensional space as well. Our data is archived in a structured manner in a PDM system to ensure traceability at any time. Upon request, we can also visualize your system photorealistically to enable clear planning.
Documentation
Seamless documentation is essential for quality assurance and operational safety. Our service spectrum includes declarations of conformity, spare parts lists, operating concepts, electrical schematics, as well as compressed air and flow diagrams. If required, we provide static calculations for pressure vessels, steel structures, or suspensions. As an experienced plant manufacturer, we also prepare the necessary risk analyses, explosion protection documents, and overall conformity declarations to ensure approval by the relevant authorities.
