Screening Machines for Bulk Materials

In modern bulk solids technology, the precise classification and cleaning of raw materials is a decisive success factor for product quality. Our versatile screening machines are specially designed for the demanding processing of a wide variety of bulk materials – from the classic cleaning of grain in milling to the gentle screening of pellets in the pet food industry. 

Depending on the application and space conditions, both round and rectangular screen designs are available. Single-layer screens are used for simple separation tasks, while models with two screen layers enable parallel classification into two separate fractions. 

The drive is usually highly efficient via robust vibromotors that set the screening material into optimal vibration. Wherever extreme throughputs and maximum separation efficiency are required, we rely on high-performance rotary screening machines. These achieve peak values in classification. The flexibly selectable mesh sizes range standardly from 2 to 15 mm. For particularly demanding tasks and extremely fine particle separation, MAIER also relies on innovative screens with ultrasonic support. This technology reliably prevents clogging of the fine meshes and guarantees a continuous, productive material flow.
