Revision
Due to our high level of vertical integration, interfaces are minimized, making us specialists in the revision of machines and plants. We assess and overhaul both third-party and our own products with high competence. The refurbishment of used process components offers an economical alternative to new purchases and can increase the service life of a construction by up to double. The exact, professional overhaul of rotary valves is one of our core competencies.
Installation
As a general contractor, we accompany our products until they are commissioned. An experienced installation team for bulk material handling systems takes responsibility for professional installation and process flow. We install in-house and third-party components exactly according to the 3D installation plan. Our project managers coordinate all interfaces with control system builders and other suppliers. After successful commissioning, we provide thorough instruction to your personnel and hand over the system ready for operation.
Maintenance
Our after-sales service guarantees long-term satisfaction. Since 1926, we have archived all project data and guarantee spare parts and maintenance for delivered machines and components. Thanks to our large warehouse and good relationships with our suppliers, we react quickly and reliably. We check mill elevators according to SUVA guidelines and overhaul them if necessary. We remove the rollers of crushing machines and grind and riffle the cylinders in our factory with the latest CNC technology.
