Dust Extraction Systems

In the bulk solids industry, the generation of dust is unavoidable in almost all process steps, but it must strictly be brought under control. 

Both for reasons of operational hygiene and to safeguard the plant against devastating dust explosions, the reliable separation of air-dust mixtures via highly efficient cyclones or fabric filters is essential. Our MAIER high-performance cyclones set benchmarks here, achieving an exceptionally high separation efficiency of up to 99.5% due to their flow-optimized geometry. For even more flexible applications, we engineer robust filter systems with a wide variety of filter media in round or rectangular designs. 

Depending on the space conditions on site, these systems are designed with vertical or horizontal filter elements. For the filter media used, we choose either classic bag filters or modern filter cartridges, which offer a significantly larger filter area in the tightest spaces due to their pleated structure, thereby enabling an extremely compact design. We manufacture our flexible fabric filters individually scaled from 1 to 60 filter elements with variable lengths, allowing them to be tailored exactly to the required volume flow and the respective product.
