Design The vibrating trough conveyor consists of a folded trough, a drive bracket with drives, and four rubber buffers. Round rubber buffers or linear oscillating elements are used as vibration dampers. A vibrating trough conveyor is often fed in a dosed manner via an inlet hopper and a layer height regulator. To prevent the transmission of vibrations to the rest of the system, flexible connections are used. It is driven by vibratory motors with unbalanced counterweights or, for low power requirements, by electromagnetic drive blocks. With an appropriate sieve insert and a discharge outlet, this conveyor can also be used to classify the product along the transport route.
