Vertical Single-Shaft Mixer

Design

The cylindrical housing with a large cleaning door is firmly bolted to the mixer cover via a flange. The bearing of the mixing tool is positioned at the top, separate from the housing, allowing it to project overhung (cantilevered) towards the mixer bottom. As a result, the screw ribbon maintains a minimal distance from the mixing cylinder and the bottom, effectively preventing products from caking. Together with the form-fitting discharge flap, this feature leads to minimal residual amounts after the mixing process. For the highest hygienic standards, the inner surface is ground and polished. The sophisticated design enables the most demanding mixtures in a short time.
