Design
The solid welded construction can optionally be equipped with different tools that are precisely matched to the respective product to be crushed. The stator is always adapted precisely to the rotor-specific tool. Due to the minimal clearance between the stator and rotor tools, the stator additionally functions as a highly effective product scraper. It is attached directly and rigidly to the large cleaning doors. Thanks to the simple and quick removal of these elements, the MAIER single-shaft lump breaker can be cleaned particularly quickly, easily, and absolutely residue-free during daily operation.
