Design
The continuously rotating screw shaft enables highly precise sampling of freely definable quantities directly from the running product stream. A robust conveyor spiral reliably transports the drawn sample through the extraction tube and forwards it directly into an optionally available collecting container. This conveyor spiral is driven by a powerful gear motor, which can be controlled either via a separate, flexible control unit or directly via the higher-level plant control system. Due to its design, this system is particularly suitable for products that are free-flowing, have good pourability, and feature a distinct granular structure.
