Inclined Screw Conveyor

Design

We use the inclined screw conveyor for feeding machines on the same floor if they feature high inlets. The unit has a storage container that serves as a practical dumping hopper and can be filled manually or automatically. In the case of difficult-to-flow products, the inclined screw conveyor is additionally force-fed to ensure emptying that is as complete as possible; this feeding is implemented via scrapers or stuffing/cramming screws. Frequently, these inclined screws are also designed for mobile use. For easy cleaning, the machine is also available with a swivel joint and in an extractible (pull-out) version. Due to the 100% filling level and the additional stuffing of the inclined screw conveyor, very steep inclines can be achieved without any problems.
