Disc Conveyor

Design 

A major advantage of disc conveyors compared to classic trough chain conveyors is the ability to overcome steep inclines. In this system, the mechanical positive conveyance is carried out via segment-shaped plastic discs attached to a chain. The discs are placed on the chain at regular intervals, with the height of these discs roughly corresponding to the width of the conveyor. As a result, large quantities can be conveyed steeply without running back. During redirection in the take-up and drive station, the plastic discs remain form-fitting within the housing, thereby enabling good residual emptying.
